INTRODUCTION Uniform reward policy are mainly defined about describing for paining structures. MAIN BODY Analysing and Assessing of uniform reward policy Uniform reward policy of the company is mainly giving reward to all theemployees working at the same level on the fair basis. Providing fair compensation to all the employees as with providing equally paying for equally working without discriminating. This related policy f rewarding employee working in the company mainly providing the fair portion of rewards which are mainly appointed as the directors also other members working at the same level of authority in the company. This software of providing the rewards of employees gives detail information about all the employees working in the company. The personalization of the rewards system and policy of the company is providing personalization of inputs with providing all the detail and messages to all the employees working at different level the company is rewarding the employees working at same level at same rewards irrespective of the age and other factors (Unilever reaps rewards from home-grown employee benefits system,2022). Further this rewards policy of providing the same reward enables the employee for providing real time feedback to the rewards provided by the company to the employees. Economic trends:With rising in the economic trends as of more inflation level, results in increases more expectation of getting higher salaries by the employees as for fulfilling there needs due to high prices in the market (Pedersen and et.al., 2022). Further the uncertain employment rate impact the rewarding practices and management in the company as for retaining the potential staff for working in the company. Business performance:The business performance impacts the rewarding management of employees. As when th business and company is performing better helps in providing continuous improvements in very businesses aspects for operating the workings (Dik and et.al., 2019). This aids in reducing employees for working efficiently and minimizing the employee's dissatisfaction with proper rewarding. Government policies:The policies and regulations of governments impact designing and forming the rewarding. As when various rules and regulations of government must be complied as for providing the rewarding and compensating all employees for their efforts and providing bonuses for extra working in equal basis impacts the rewarding systems and aids in establishing the rewarding as per the rules and regulations.
