Success is depending the personality, mindsets, quality and ability to thinks. The entrepreneur become successful as
per their positive motivation and their mindset. They have various quality in their personality which are important to
become successful entrepreneur. It is understood by the Big 5 Personality Trait theory. This theory includes five
points i.e.:
Openness
Conscientiousness
Extraversion
Agreeableness
Neuroticism
