public, private and voluntary sectors and legal structures
There are different types of companies and their legal provisions for structuring such as companies public, pri
vate and other. These companies structuring for different purpose.
Public Organisations
Public organization is operated and owned by the government. Government has been operated and handle
d all the legal provisions of the public organization. Legal provisions such as taxes, financial services and
legal structure of public organization.
The purpose of the public organization to provide financial services for the public. The purpose of the pu
blic organization is to provide social, educational, safety and health services for the public and citizens. P
ublic organization can managed and raised the fund by taking the loan from banks. (Cornuelle, 2017)
Example of public organization such as educational services, police services, social services, and health c
are services etc. all the public limited companies along with the government owned companies are involv
ed with in this. The best example of public organization is the metropolitan police because they provide h
ealth care services of the public.

Private Organization
Private organization is the operated and owned by the shareholders and its members. There is no interfere
nce of the government. Shareholder and members are operating and handling the all legal provisions of th
e organization.
Private organisations also provide services such as educational, health care services, social services witho
ut any help of the government. Private organization is also known as non government organization. (Kna
i, Petticrew, and Mays,, 2015.)The purpose of private organization is to earning more and more profit. T
he purpose of the organization is to provide financial services, technology services, banking services etc.
All the private limited companies along with the owned by shareholders and member involved with in thi
s. Example of the private organization such as finance, banking, education and information technology et
c. the best example of private organization is the Snapdeal because they provide retail services of the cust
omers. (Meester, Doubeni, and Lansdorp‐Vogelaar, 2015.)
