INTRODUCTION
The business environment will includes the manner of the individuals, organizations, and
other forces that the business has or has no control over them in an efficient or effective set
of the manner as effectively and efficiently. The manner of the business environment as the
constitutes to the financial or monetary set of the conditions, technologies, vendors, trends,
media, market situations and the conditions and the consumer groups and many other
institutions. All the sections of the opportunities that will involve the threats that are exist in
the section of the business. It helps me to coordinate with the set of the constant changes to
utilize the manner of the useful resources to improve performance and will plan for the
future (Contreras and Alvarado, 2021). The management consider in this report Land Rover.
It is UK based car Manufacturer Company. The company has significant activity in the retail
sector of the business. This report will explores more deeply the structure, size, and scope of
the different set of management and stakeholders. It will also examines the relationship in
between to the managerial function and structural arrangement and objectives. It will also
include the internal accompaniments and associations between strengths and weaknesses
and macro factors for external analysis. Healthy business environment create more
opportunities for the business to grow in the market so that sustainability of the business can
be maintained.
LO1 EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENT TYPES, SIZE AND SCOPE OF
ORGANISATIONS
Explain different types and purposes of organisations; public, private and voluntary sectors and
legal structures.
The management have the orientation of the field of the area as per to the structure that
stayed to control the candidates with the role to attain the particular aims. In the modest field of
the area, there are various sort of the management to perform several sector of the actions to
increase the section of the profits. The management has been divided into various forms that are
having separate size and scope that are as follows –
Public sector organisations – The Companies that are controlled and accountable to central or
local government agencies will know as the public sector organizations (Reficco, Layrisse, F.
and Barrios, 2021). Public sector organizations will cover the role of the British Army, NICE,

and the royal public Prosecuting attorney sector to perform the role in the United Kingdom. The
institution chosen is NICE that are termed as the National Institute for Health and Care
Excellence in London, England.
Purpose- The main purpose of the public sector management is to rearrange the manner
of the overall turnover as with the section of the wealth in all sections to provide the basic
set of the sources for creating the role of the substructure services with the set of the
achieving the manner of the deliberate the term of the resource for distribution (de Faria,
Santos, and Zaidan, 2021). The main set of the purpose for the presence of NICE is to
offer the basic set of the leadership and instructions for setting the manner of the quality
terms as together with the handling set of the folder to make developments in the section
of the health as per with the term of the social care schemes.
Legal Structure – The manner of the legal structure in the section of the public sector
management will includes the public sector structures of the local supervision and central
administration. As all the managers of NICE will continues their functions with central
administration arrangement.
Stakeholders - Stakeholders are the main portion of the public sector management that
are financial organisations, staffs, administration. The stakeholders of NICE are native
expert, executors, financiers and forces.
Private sector organisations – The management that are promoted, handled, measured as
composed to run by the single individual or mainstream of persons. They makes incomes by
bringing properties at healthier values and excellence terms (Mavlutova, Iand et.al., 2021). In
context to report, Land Rovers, are termed as the business working company as in the private
sector organisation. As the Land Rovers is the chosen company. The company is the private
object that makes actions to manufacture cars.
Purpose - The basic role of presence of the private sector management is to sustain and
develop in respect to gain higher incomes and achieve gratification. The purpose of Land
Rovers is to provide facilities at impartial values to increase client gratification as with
exploiting incomes by bringing required goods to their targeted consumers on suitable
period of the time.
Legal structure - In relation to the private management of the sector, it involves the legal
structure like private Partial Corporation, business construction and independent
