INTRODUCTION
Developing a teaching and learning programs for the individual is very important for
them and it is needed several kinds of elements in order to analyze and evaluating the
requirements of the learner. It also helps the individual to identify and analyze their capacity and
capability to work. This report is going to illustrate about the implementation of several theories
and approaches in context of behavior management of the individual. in addition to this report
also going to illustrate about the pedagogical principles and their applications which is associated
to the education and training activities (Aldowah, and Fauzy, 2019). Along with this report also
contain several kinds of measures which are adopted by the professional teacher so that they can
promote equality and the value of diversity in education and also support them to meeting the
requirement of the learners in context of education and training program.

Examine the pedagogical philosophy and theories of behavior management
Pedagogical principles are those kinds of principles that concentrating on several kinds of
methods and arrangement which is associated to the is teaching learning and developing
effective surroundings of learning for the learners first of these kind of principle help the learner
and also deals with surroundings of the learning and several skills and attitude of general
education principles. The pedagogical concept refers to the examination of the science and art of
teaching and also about their approaches and philosophies in order to transmit the knowledge for
their learners (Bambrick-Santoyo, 2018). These kind of principal support the teacher to caters
that is associated very required for the individual in order to conduct the activities in an
appropriate manner. It is very important for the professional to conduct teaching activities
appropriately and examine the requirements and Desire of the learner which is associated to the
same. There are several applications of pedagogical principles which are mentioned below:
Integrative approach: Integrative approach is the concept which supports the learner to develop
appropriate learning surroundings that support them to connect themselves from the activities
and also concentrating on their learning activities in order to gain experience. By the logical
