mindset and performance of staff members in a negative manner. It take place due to gender,
background, education, physical appearance and many more. It is determine that workplace
discrimination not only impact on the performance but also decline the brand image and
market performance of an organization.
To examine different equality and diversity practices which help in declining workplace
