REFLECTION The present research is based on to evaluate the impact of cultural diversity on the employee performance. I feel nervous while conducting an investigation and also completing all the research activities. Through this research, I got chance to gain the better understanding as well as knowledge regarding the cultural diversity. In regards to this, explore the knowledge helps to inform the career objectives that is related to similar area in significant manner. I examined that cultural diversity is one of the most important aspect that impact on the employeeâs performance as well as organizational productivity. For collection of information in literature review, I used the secondary sources in data collection for an instance books, journals, internet sources, articles and others. Research methodology is most important part of an investigation that assist in finding better way to collection of data and information and getting the positive outcomes. There has been primary source of data collection used by developing questionnaire and including the different questions on the cultural diversity and its impact on the employee performance. In order to fill the questionnaire, random sampling method has been used as this gives equal chance to selected participants. 25

ALTERNATIVE RESEARCH METHODS Present research is based on impact of the cultural diversity on the performance level of staff members. It is the responsibility of an investigator to select the effective method to collect the information and conducting whole investigation effectively. There has been questionnaire used as developed the different questions on the cultural diversity. The main reason to using the questionnaire tool is that this is time saving as well as the less expensive. It is easy to gathering information from chosen respondents through using random sampling method. Other than this, there can be interview used as there is a communication among the interviewee and interviewer. This method is not used in present investigation because it takes the more time and also expensive as comparison to questionnaire. 26
