As a researcher I felt glad to take this opportunity to carry out this study because it helped in me developing my skills and knowledge about how to undertake research in a systematic manner. Under this, I have used positivism research philosophy, deductive approach, primary data and many more to analyse as well as collected quantifiable data towards the specified research area. All these type of methods assist me in completing entire research activities in successful manner. For collecting accurate information I have prepared a structured questionnaire through which I can easily accomplished set aims and objectives of research. With the use of questionnaire I gathered data on the basis of managing cultural diversity and how it help in eliminating conflicts between staff members through selected respondents. This type of method is effective when I need to gather quantitative data in which I have easily take right and accurate decision at the end of the investigation. Along with this, current research is also support in me improving my future growth and success. It developed my time management skill, decision making skills, data collection skill, knowledge about laws and regulation and so on. On the other side, at the time of undertaking research activities, I have also faced various challenges that put negative impact over the end outcomes of the study. In this regards, unethical behaviour of respondents, inappropriate time and cost are the major issues. For overcoming from these challenges, I have prepared an effective plan and also made open-ended questions in which respondents feel free in sharing their views and opinion about the specified research area. By using this, I can make overall research more successful and beneficial as well. 21
