The aim of this research work is, “To evaluate about the
behaviours that could be adopted by managers of an organisation
to support equality and diversity at workplace”. A case study on
Lotus cars Ltd
Research Objectives
 To investigate deep into the impression of equality and diversity.
 To determine the possible benefits and advantageous that could
be availed by Lotus cars Ltd through effective management of
fairness and multiplicity at workplace.
