Secondary findings
As per the view of the Khoreva,Vaiman and Van Zalk, (2017), research has found
that talent management helps in retaining of top and qualified employees and
individuals.
It helps with effectiveness of getting the work done as employees develop sense
of understanding that their efforts are being valued in the company which helps
them to work with dedication, commitment and achieve the goals of the company.
Primary findings
By successful implementation of talent management in Marks and Spencer, it
helps in getting with the competitive advantage and winning in the marketplace.
This is being found that this helps the company in effective and successful
completion of goals and objectives by boosting up of sales revenue and increase
in the profitability margins of the company.
