Findings to Stakeholders In the present research work stakeholder are playing a very crucial role in completion of the whole research work in a systematic manner, some of the major stakeholders includes, government, employees, managers and others associated individuals, all these are majorly associated with presentresearchworkandareassistingintheprocessoftalent management in organisations. There were 20 employees of sainsbury's selected as respondent in the present research work.

It includes issues related to poor hiring strategies, ineffective leadership and high employee turnover. These issues have to be dealtinordertoensurethatpresentworkforceisproperlymanagedin organisations.
Recommendations As per the analysis executed over the aspect of talent management it is being suggested to Sainsbury to be concern over improving the production efficiency by hiring more talent and skilled employees at workplace. Thus, it would be effective for the business to enhance the operations at wider level. As per the analysis of the study it has also been suggested to Sainsbury to provide effective training and development sessions to their new as well as old employees to enhance their skills and ability to perform more effectively.
