 Secondary methods:In this researcher method use of existing sources is undertaken such as books,
articles, journals published reports and more. With the help of this research can determine different
types of information and select the most appropriate. Furthermore it has been identified that most
important advantage of secondary research is that it was less time as well as cost

RECOMMENDATION
 Equality and Diversity play most important role for an organisation through which
they can enhance their profitability and productivity at great extent while treating
workforce in an effective manner. Premier Inn London can have significant advantage
of equality and diversity in recruiting consumer service team. For this Premier Inn
London hotel is recommended to implement equality policies in organisational
workplace structure. Along with this company is recommended to abide all the
legislation and laws such as The Equality Act, 2010 in order to provide equal
opportunities to individuals. Company is also recommended to undertake use of
strong communication network in order to generate awareness among individual and
celebrate diversity.

CONCLUSION
 According to the above mentioned report it has been identified that equality
and diversity is one of the most important aspect for an organisation
irrespective of its size and scope. This concept allows company to respect
individuals of different race, cultural background, gender, age, believes, career
experience, skills and more. In order to protect individual rights and make sure
that did not discriminated on any basis company can implement The Equality
Act 2010 in which individuals get protected on different characteristics.
