This research aims to examine the talent management strategies and their significance in making a business successful, specifically focusing on ALDI. The objectives include understanding the concept of talent management, articulating different strategies and their importance, identifying challenges faced by ALDI in talent management, and determining measures adopted by ALDI to overcome these challenges. The research questions explore the definition of talent management, the importance of strategies in ALDI's success, challenges faced by ALDI, and measures taken by the company.
