INTRODUCTION
Organizational behaviour is considered to the group study as well as the performance on an
individual within the context of organization which continuously have the well identification and
analysing current market trends of differentiated work environment of company in order to
improve. Company apple is the American manufacture which is formerly succeeded in market
with personal computers, computer peripherals along with computer software. The company is
been succeeded with having populariser of the graphical interface. The firm is developed in
there designing, developing and selling more level of consumer electronics along with computer
software and online services. As per the current report, it has been analysed that influence of
culture, politics as well as power of organizational context have been their impact and
contribution as well in effective team performance. Further in the reports, there will be proper
level of description in term of motivation theories which will be analysed and link to respective
individuals and team performance. This report will be helpful in highlighting the manner of
respective team building which the help of appropriates their concept and respective philosophies
will be applied as per there organizational condition with implication of it in various business
situation.

Analyse the influence of culture, politics and power on the behaviour of other in an organization

Organization Culture
The culture of organization is the system which have the pure consistency of shared
assumptions, values along with belief which have the proper governing of there of people
behaviours in company. There assumption of shared values has the strong major influences
on different people in form which in way how they dress, act along with perform to their
respective jobs. On the other hand , organizational culture has been played a very crucial
roles in more manner of improving the respective performances of apples which could be
better understood with implication of differ model.
Handy’s Model of organizational culture
As per Handy’s model there are four type of organizational culture which is they’re in the
organization.

Power Culture - in this culture, the decision making in the firm is done by their few levels of
senior authorities which refers to in taking and making of power. This type culture in been
followed by their apples in the level of all making of decision, this have helped the form to
have improvements in quality of decision which have crucial roles in success of Apple.
Role Culture- the type of culture which is being found in Apple as there every single employee
in company is clear about its respective roles for achieving organizational goals. This is
helpful in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of works and resources.
Task Culture- there is formation of different teams for performing differential task in the group
of achieving of there respective organizational goals. In addition to that’s, this culture
eventually helps in increasing the efficiency of solutions. Apple will be helpful in investing
more mid in the differential operation which will help the firm to have there increasing
level of flow in business development.
People Culture- there is more with person culture along with well level of individuality in much
to have seen themselves as more level of unique and superior in competitive business
environments. The firm have simplified level of excites in order to have work of people. In
addition to that’s this culture is not been notices in apple as there which have resultants of
employee dissatisfaction in firm.
Hofstede's cultural
Hofstede's cultural dimensions is the theory in frameworks which have defining cross cultural
communication which is been developed by the Geert Hofstede. This theory have clear
elaboration o there society existing culture impact of value of team members and employees.
In addition to that it related to there issues which are related to behaviour using structure
derives from respective factor analysis.
This model has clear discussion on the six-differential dimension-
Power Distance Index is considered to be high in apple as the decision taking powered is just
with higher authority which is helpful in improving the quality decision making.
Individual versus Collectivism is about respective relationship among employee where culture is
moderate. As in apples their entire employee ae helping each other’s in carrying out
different level of business operations.
