1. INTRODUCTION
Organisation behaviour is very helpful for the HR manager to understand different type of action
or behaviour within the group so that they will easily generate in highly efficient business
association. The meaning of organizational behaviour is to study the nature of both groups as
well as individual who is working in association to achieve a particular goal. The main reason for
studying organizational behaviour is to understand the association theory and better
improvement the concept related to the type of organisation (Ablesim, 2020). In this assignment,
the discussion will be done related to the impact of cultural politics and power on the nature of
others in an association context. In this assignment, the company which will be taken is Morrison
which is the fourth largest chain of supermarket in the UK.
Motivations theory will also explain and identify their importance in association for success in
this competitive market. The company is using motivation theory so that they will easily
motivate the different type of workers association culture which was followed by all the workers
and different type of factor that will damage the relationship among different type of workers
with their productivity (Admin, 2018). Defining the team and group through different model will
be also explained and their advantages and disadvantages in this competitive market. At the end
of the report, the philosophy of organisation behaviour will be discussed.

2. BACKGROUND OF MORRISON
Morrison was founded in 1899 by William Morrison. The company is the fourth largest chain of
supermarket in the UK and its main headquarters is in England. The main motive of the company
is to make it easy for their customer and to make a better choice and generally to personalize the
experience. Mostly the company always try to provide good quality of product and services to
their target customer and fulfil their expectations (Ablesim, 2020). The company aims to provide
the customer of a one-stop-shop and give them an extra of what they want at the time of
shopping

Organisational culture
Organisation culture means the value expectations some philosophy and experience that will
make some decisions of acceptable and non-acceptable behaviour of each individual. Morrison
also explains its rules and regulation royalty behaviour customer and all written rules that have
been generated over time (Admin, 2018).
Define
According to Azur (2019) Organisation culture is the proper way to behave within the
association. This culture involves the share belief and value made by the leader and after that,
they communicate them by using a different type of methods so that they will easily shape the
different type of workers viewpoint and their behaviour (Admin, 2018)
Organisational behaviour
Organisation behaviour explains how an individual group of the individual and different team are
interrelated with each other stakeholders or even clients. Also, make sure that coordination or
cooperation among different type of workers must be well in a proper way (Benstead, 2019).
Type of organisational culture and their impact on Morrison
Handy culture theory is applied in Morrison to improve a positive culture. Explaining the culture
of the association into four different categories which are explained below
