Organisational Culture
Organisational culture is defined to be one of those exceptions in an organisation which has a
crucial part and that includes a collection of different data as well as the values that are to be
incorporated into its employees. An organisation whose culture is defined to be one of the most
supportive system for the organisation is said to be standing as one of the unit in achieving its
objectives (Balwant, 2018). Culture in an organisation will help to understand customers in a
better possible manner such that it can also develop connections that are necessary for the
organisation. There are different types of culture that are to be processed by an organisation.
They are as follows:

productive level in an organisation which is involved in creating a positive as well as a negative
impact in the organisation. This type of culture is said to be carrying a heavy weight age in
influencing individuals or the employees that are working in an organisation.
Task culture: there will be different atrocities data pertaining in the organisation. For example
taking the company Tesco the internal aspects of the organisation and the problems revolve
around the customer relations such that the sales of the company will be fluctuating every now
and then. In order to minimise this type of impact in the organisation with the help of task culture
the teams are oriented in such a way that they will be given a proper information as well as the
training that is needed for resolving problems.
Person culture: the form is set to be carrying a type of power but the employees in the
organisation are said to be carrying a unique personality or a unique trade which is said to be
superior to that form (Jacobs and Manzi, 2020). This type of culture will not have to be
appreciated in the organisations because employees in this type of culture will feel superior than
the others and that might impact the performance of the organisation. It is an important factor for
the Tesco company in order to move with appropriate culture that is required for the organisation
such that employees will work for the development of the organisation as well as they can also
develop a strong relationship with their customers.
Organisational politics
There are a set of different behaviours in the organisation that are being processed by individuals

organisational teams as well as the overall performance. The behaviour of employees in the
organisation is a lot to be considered because every change aspect or every implementation
criteria in the organisation will revolve around how for the employees are staying dedicated
towards the work. When there is a chance of politics to error is obviously there is a need for
management to involve and minimise the impact.
Influence of organisational politics: the organisational politics arise due to the differences
between opinions of different employees after working in the organisation. Every employer is
with unique perception and their perceptions will definitely collaborate at some point and that is
when it is known as positive organisational politics. Often positive organisational politics result
in gaining the competitive advantage for the organisation. The organisational politics can
sometimes help in maintaining a motivation that is required to enhance the skills of employees.
