INTRODUCTION
Innovation and improvement bring adequate level of change through which something is
better is offered within the competitive marketplace. It usually drives frequent and continuous
based advancement that induce direct and positive impact over attainment of goals and business
objectives. The healthcare practice reflects the most suitable way that is used to identify,
evaluate, collect, disseminate and implement formative information that is processed as by
monitoring all the respective healthcare intervention and its adequate intervention (Avison,
Davison and Malaurent, 2018). There are different approaches that has been used to safeguard
adults which is an integrated form of care system. It advances seamless integration of services
through which need of all individual get fulfilled with appropriateness. The report is based on
NHS that is a worked by public funding and it was established in 1948 that is funded over
general taxation. The report below comprises of role of research in health and well-being
improvement, methodological framework for action research, actions that is taken to improvise
health and well-being, impact of research finding in respect of service improvement and own
professional development.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
P1) Discuss the role of research in defining research questions for a piece of action research in
health and social care
The action research is performed to get analyse the impact over various approaches that is
used to safeguard adults within integrated care system within health and social care. It has been
processed with support of various processing that is as defined below as:
Research aim: To identify the approaches that helps health and social care in safeguarding
of adults within an integrated care system. A study on NHS
Objectives:
To develop basis understanding regarding the integrated care system.
To determine the approaches to safeguarding adults in an integrated care system.

What are the significance of safeguarding adults in an integrated care system?
P2) Review own skills in conducting a piece of action research into health and wellbeing
improvement
The research skills assist an individual to analyse and measure favourable ending about
sustained questions. In this ability to find, collect, interpret, evaluate and analyse is altered with
better relevancy. It shapes the probability of a researcher that furthermore assist to learn new
and favourable things along with adaptation and evolvement. In this skills requirement and its
implication is being required by a researcher that aid to collect better writing skills, helps to
maintain sustained focus and concern over competitors, identification of customer need and
demand, development of new prospect within marketplace, get moderate change within
technology under which new and favourable outcome is pertained over a suitable period of
instance (Feldman and et. al., 2018). The action research is processed in systematic manner and
it is a cyclic process that seeks to improvise all the relevant practice through which change get
increment and implement in favoured manner. It requires consideration of various actions such
as both reflection and reconnaissance, implication of certain actions to improvise working
practice, usage of adequate data and its collective action, identification of suitable opportunity
and its improvised intervention along with moderate review of actions that is dependent and
considered through collected data and sustained information. There are various skills that is
required to process action research for health and well-being improvement that is as briefly
explained below as: Selecting a focus: It is an initial stage with this researcher get select a sustained focus
that is also be directed towards adequate topic that reflect suitable worth. In this possible
level of concern and information is collected in successful manner through which
satisfactorily outcome is attained that is relatable to learning practice. Clarifying of required theories: In this researcher make adequate usage of theories that
aid to reflect moderate change within research and it is based as per necessity and
requirement of research topic (Laudonia and et. al., 2018). In addition, it assists to gain
better knowledge about research questions and with this adequate belief and respective
value is developed about certain topic.
