Introduction:
Talent management is the core task for every business operating in the global market. Business can gain
competitive advantages against rivalry when proper management of talent is done in the working premises.
It can be done by framing effective HR policies so that skilled and talented workers can be retained back in
the premises over the years. For the completion of the report Sheraton hotel is selected. It is international
hotel owned by Marriott international. This is suited in White Plains, United States. This assignment covers
aims and objective of the study. Research methodology is briefly explained in order to make necessary
improvements in the loop holes. Gantt chart and WBS is measured to gain best results.

The intention behind conducting this research project is enhance the understanding for talent management in
the working premises. It helps in identifying role of HR practices in retaining talent management in the
working premises. Additionally, it suggest type of HR practices need to be performed by the management.
However, it is used by students in their academic purpose because it helps in enhancing knowledge
regarding talent management in the working premises. This directly or indirectly raises overall productivity
of hospitality sector which is a positive mark for the business in the intense competitive world.

organisational goals, determination of talent gaps and sourcing appropriate participants and motivating and

professional development. It also directly or indirectly assist in maintaining the staff members performance
