INTRODUCTION
Professional principles and values reflect suitable guide, belief, practice and behaviour
through which working efficiency and its effectiveness is affected in clear manner. It also adhere
effective standards within which professional conduction is strived by which specific objectivity
and impartiality that is used to deal various functionality (Torabizadeh, Darari and Yektatalab,
2019). It promotes sustained communication by which better level of honesty and trust is
maintain with certain confidence. The report below based of reflection that consist of purpose
and its practices with its impact over personal and professional development. In addition to this
two model of reflection is used that is applied in relation to health and social care.

Reflective report
The major purpose of reflection and reflective practices is to analyse and recognise
various strength and weaknesses through which adequate guidance is offered in relation to
continuous learning and development. In this self direction and motivation is induced through
which quality services is processed by which working ability and capabilities get enhanced. It
describe the sustained learning by which sufficient learning and its insight is processed as by
examining various practices (Mittelstadt, 2019). It promotes emotional intelligence within which
effectual development as with developing clear understanding along with advancement of
creative thinking skills and learning by which working engagement and involvement is advanced
so that individual is able to make higher learning in relation to work processes. The reflection
based on health and social care is to attain essential changes and improvisation in which care-
giving attitude is developed so that ability to take appropriate actions is induced with perfection.
It is as furthermore explained below with help of various model of reflection and that is as
explained below as:
Kolb's reflective cycle: It is a cycle that is also be known as experimental learning cycle
which is published in 1984 by David Kolb as under this sustained development of learning
inventory is styled in adequate mode. It furthermore consist of learning style that is processed
with experimental way as moreover it get divided into four stages that provide certain concern
towards internal cognitions procedure. It is a state that reflect sustained learning which also
