INTRODUCTION
Safeguarding of the children is defined as set of action which is generally used in order to
promote the welfare of children and protect them from the external harm or internal harm. As per
this, safeguarding means protecting children from the abuse and maltreatment which is going
now a days in extreme level. Also the safeguarding referred as the preventing harm to children
health or their development. This enables the various dimension of growth and development of a
children in various respect and manner. The safeguard is ensure the children grow up with the
provision of safe and efficient manner with effective care which provide them facilities for
growth and also used give higher education. As per creating ethical consideration this also
enables to taking action for all children and young people for their best outcome. In the aspect of
future concerns this is effective to provide the best safety and ensuring among children. In this
report, the discussion is based on various aspect of safeguarding and the effectiveness which is
generally created in order to safety of children and young people (Berrick and et. al., 2017).

TASK A
1: Identify a current national piece of legislation which is relevant to safeguarding children and
young people welfare.
The current a national piece of legislation legislation which is irrelevant in order to create
the safeguard for the children and young people welfare. The care act 2014 and the children and
social work act 2017 and safeguarding children act 2018. These all is based on the rules and
regulations that provide the ability for a organization to taking the responsibility for the
integration of care and support between health and local authorities in the country. The National
health services and clinical commissioning groups a working together to form a responsibility to
provide the safeguard to children and quality of care by supporting the local and neighbouring
social care services. The local authorities have responsibilities for safeguarding and when NHS is
working together with providing to health then they have taking the duty to promote well-being
with local communities (Bostock and et. al., 2018). As per this, safeguarding adult means
providing and protecting a person's right to live freely and safely in any country. They have also
rights to free from abuse and neglect and this care act and other act provide them authority to live
their life in own ways.
