INTRODUCTION
Partnership can be formed between the company, organization or any person with the
equal share of interest. In the field of social care, partnership working ensures individuals to
receive the high quality, support and joint up care. If employees in the company work in a team
then they can do any task better and effectively and help to achieve business objectives.
This report will study about leaders and mangers of the NHS and it will compare
different role and skills of the both superiors. This report will discuss characteristics of
leadership and management in terms at their role in effective partnership working. It will discuss
the key approaches to the partnership working and the role that leaders and mangers play in the
company together. It will include the impact of positive partnership working across different
services on outcomes for the service users. This report will also discuss how own contributions
impact on the working of a team and in the end of this report will analyze own effectiveness in
minimizing barriers to the effective team work. This report will analyze all this properly.

P1 Comparison between the different role and characteristics of mangers and leaders
Role of leaders and mangers
Leaders create vision and mangers create goals
Leaders role in the company make possible what they want to achieve and inspire the
other team members and engage them to turn vision into the reality (Artiga and Hinton., 2019).
They activate employees of the company to achieve something bigger for the company, and they
know that how the high functioning teams can accomplish a lot more working in a team than the
individual working autonomously.
Mangers of the company has focus to setting the goals and abet setting the goals
achieving the goals of the company so company can be successful, and they can achieve
objectives (Bookey‐Bassett and et.al., 2017). They control the situation in the workplace to reach
and exceed their objectives.
Leaders take risk and mangers control risk
Lenders of the organization take risk to perform any task with their team members, so
they can achieve their aims and objective to complete task. Leader have willing to try new things
and even if they know they can fail in this task, but they take risk with their team and give their
best to make it possible.

Mangers of the company work to minimize the risk in the workplace. They 0provide
shifty and security to the employees and give them a proper direction to do any task without any
risk.
Leaders lead and mangers give direction
Leaders of the company lead other with their leadership style and their skills, they have
ability to make follow other in the organization, employees listen to them, and they do what they
are told do by the leader (Conrad and Sinner., 2015).
Mangers manger all the management in the organization and provide proper guidance a
direction to the employees, so they can be able to understand task, and they can give their best
towards the organization.
Characteristics of the leaders and mangers

Communication
it is important for the leaders to have a effective communication with their team members
so members can understand the aim, and they can help them to achieve objectives.
Listening
It is important for the leaders to lead their team properly and use good leadership style so
the team members can listen to the leader and do what they are told to do by the leader.
Inspiration
A good leader always an inspiration for their team and every member want to become
like them so it is important for the leaders to lead them properly and help members in the task
(Curtis and Burns., 2015), so they can be inspired.
Mangers characteristics
Planning
Managers plan the goals and objective for the company, and they also take decisions for
the organization.
Controlling
Mangers has skills to control the risk in the workplace and provide proper directions to
the employees who are working the company.
