Hr. management define andimplement polices and procedure to the employees in organisation. It is help to maintainthe quality of work culture in organisation. Lows :- It is most important to focus on lows inside the organisation. The company is touse all such kind of activity to increase performance in market. In lows human resources'department is generated new rules for employees hire and termination of employee inorganisation (Baum and ed., 2016). Human resource management must understandlabour relation and negotiation. Requirement plan and benefit all such kind ofinformation is learned through human resource department. Culture sensitivity :- In each and every organisation is maintained culture activity inorganisation. Human resource department is mange all the culture difference inorganisation. This is all about the purpose of human resource department in organisation. In organisation ishelp to maintain internal working environment. Some function of human resource department areas follows :- Hiring :- It is the most important function in each organisation.
