other words, this is concerned with managing the workforce or human resources of the
organisations such that they will contribute effectively and efficiently towards the attainment of
business goals with full potential and skills. This report will explain the purpose and scope of
human resource management in terms of resourcing an organisation. It will evaluate the
effectiveness of the important elements of the organisation. This will also analyse the internal
and external business factors (Bratton and Gold, 2017). The last part of the report will apply the
human resource management practises at work related areas.

647,500 people. Its revenue is $232.887 billion and the turnover is $12.421 billion. Its total
market share in UK occupies 90 percent of the total share. The mission of the Amazon is to
offers their customers with minimum possible price with various alternative options and with
ease of convenience. The core business of the Amazon is to sell its products and services online
