INTRODUCTION
Mental health and well being a whole person approach in which an individual can gain
successful recovery in accommodation, finance or money, personal care and physical well being,
medical and other psychological interventions. It consist the efforts of an individual and their
economic condition to fulfil their basic needs which facilitate to remain healthy in physical ad
psychological context. Mental health consider as psychological, emotional, social well being, it
bear upon how they think, act and feel and also assist to determine how manage the stress, make
choices, relate to others (Hastings, 2019). The role of psychological wellness is very essential at
every phase of life, from adolescence through with maturity and immaturity. During the life, may
have experience many type psychical welfare issues, activeness, thought process could be
stricken. Most of component bring to intellectual health troubles, as they consider Life
experiences, like trauma or abuse, family history or mental health problems, biological factors
like brain or genes chemistry. A population of mental health and welfare-being issues has the
identical basal inevitably as anybody.
In respect of this assignment, it is based on SANE organisation, it is a national mental
health charity working to support million of citizen who are suffer from mental health problems.
SANE consider awareness of online peer, health, information or support, helpline support etc.
This report will focus on the relationship between physical & mental health as well as impacts
are social and psychological factors on individuals. It will also include mental health
implications of early experiences in childhood for mental health. Apart from this, the ways of

Health can be consider as a condition in which a person remain completely free of
disease with proper physical, mental and social wellness.
Mental health refers to a state of an individual of having a level of psychological
wellness or absence of any kind of mental health problem. It includes the condition of remaining
emotionally, socially and mentally well-being.
Mental illness can be described as presences of p[articular psychological problems that
can be identified from relevant symptoms. It consist various issues such as mood disorder,
depression, personality disorders, schizophrenia, trauma disorder, eating disorders, addictive
behaviours and anxiety.
Well-being can be defined as is conditions of being diseases free, comfortable, happy
and healthy. It consist the situation of medically fit along with comfort level by having desired
finances or resources to fulfil basic needs.
Resilience can be explained as an ability of strained body for recovering its size and
shape after deformation caused especially by comprehensive stress. It also includes the capability
adjust easily from specific misfortune or change.
The psychological and physical well-being is basically coupled. There are aggregate
organization between degenerative sensual status and rational welfare which is all important and
effect people their request on health care, choice of life as well as in public monetary fund
employment (McEwen, 2017). It specify health as a province of absolute mental, physical and
