Introduction
Interview is considered as formal meeting at which interviewer ask questions with
interviewee in order to understand and evaluate their skills, abilities and capabilities. This
will help interviewer in understanding for which job role applicants is suitable.
Organization selected for this presentation is Holiday Inn which is founded by Kemmons
Wilson in year 1952. Its head office is located in Denham, Buckinghamshire, United
Kingdom.
