I was asked different set of question in order to test both soft and technical skills and
analyze the competencies of different individuals. The representatives were looking for the
candidates with excellent communication skill, work experience in the human resource
management, the educational background, the information pertaining to key elements of human
resource management. The representatives determined that how the company delivers
professional development and growth opportunities to the employee. As Premier Inn is a
multinational organisation where quality standards of work are an important criterion, thus the
business representatives asked different question in order to test my abilities pertaining to the job
role of the human resource management, wherein I was able to satisfy all the working standards
of the business. The representative also determined the working standards, the roles and
responsibilities, the ethical code of conduct, they also asked relevant question pertaining to the
technologies that the business is using. They asked my communication skills both verbal and
written in order to evaluate that how a delegate different organisation objectives makes important
decision to manage the human capital, the analytic, technical and financial abilities in order to
evaluate that my skills match to the specific job requirement (Vokatis and Zhang, 2016).
Premier Inn needs to focus on improving employee satisfaction by addressing the financial and
non-financial incentives in order to motivate and persuade the employees and accomplish
productivity at work. Wherein the organisation must ask the employee about the changes, the
ideas and opinions that they want to introduce in the business so that the employees feel valued
at workplace.
