The present report describes about the Externalenvironment of organisation in the market. It explains the competitive analysis of Kraftcorporation. It introduce about strategic group which cover various factors for organisation. Inaddition to this, it represents the internal environment as well as competitive dynamics ofcorporation.Q.1 External environmentExternal environment are those aspects which affect the organizational workingexternally in the sector. It is described as follows.Industry:Kraft company is food manufacturing corporation which serve its products andservices across world. So this organisation is come under food processing industry. Along withthis, food processing is the transformation of raw ingredients into finished foods (van den Brink,Fruytier, and Thunnissen, 2013). It associates raw food ingredients to make marketable foodcommodities which is easily produced and serve by customers.Competitors:Generally, Kraft organisation is a multinational company in the food processingacross world. So there are many domestic and global competitors such as Nestle, PepsiCo,Anheuser-Busch InBev, Coca cola, JBS S.A as well as Archer Daniels Midland Company in thevarious countries.
