Introduction
Business is wider and broader and it consists of large number of activities
and organization like small, medium, large. In this contemporary business
environment, it is critically crucial to access the market situations so that
goals are accomplished. Morrisons, a supermarket chain headquartered in
United Kingdom. It is located at global scale and has number of
competitors such as Tesco, Sainsbury, ASDA, etc. This report comprises
of working flow of business and types of businesses, frameworks like
PESTEL, accounting system, organizational structure and process.

Types of organizations in public and private sector
There are various types of organisation in public and private sector on the
basis of which strategies are implemented. It is critically crucial to access
the organisation and its processes so that goals are accomplished in
appropriate manner.
Public sector
In organisation, there are various types of public sector in organisation
such as departmental undertakings, Public Corporation, Government
companies etc. (Agarwal, 2017).
Private sector
In private sector, there are several kinds of organisation which are in
private sector such as Limited Companies, Cooperatives, Franchise, etc.

Types of structures within business
In United Kingdom, there are various types of businesses and it is
critically crucial to access about several kinds of structures so that it is
easy to make decisions in proper manner. In relation of selected entity,
they also have several types of structures which are discussed as follows-
Functional structure- It is to be viewed as most appropriate form of
structure in which different types of departments are being formed on basis
of functions. In context of Morrisons, each and every department is
separated on different sections for example manufacturing of products is
categorised into marketing department (Arundel, 2019).

dividing of organization into different types of products. For example-
Morrisons divided its firm on basis of products such as grocery, cosmetics

located in United Kingdom. The organization operates at global scale and
it is affected by external as well as internal factors. In relation of chosen
company, they conduct PESTEL analysis which is further explained as
follows-
Political factor- It is a factor in which it comprises of elements such as
foreign trade policies, labour law, governmental law etc. In relevance of
chosen entity, they are being affected by Brexit which creates a huge
change in rules and policies (Irvine, 2018).
Economic factor- This is an other type of factor which includes inflation
and deflation rate, tariff and non tariff etc. In reference of chosen
company, due to Brexit it leads to change of currency which affected the
products price.

distribution, behaviour etc. In viewpoint of chosen enterprise, due to rise in
population leads to growing business opportunities for Morrisons
(Pomering, 2017).
Technological factor- This is crucial component in which it focuses on
use of advanced software, applications, artificial intelligence etc.
Morrisons uses advanced technology with aim to protect data and
information of users.
Environmental- It is element in which it states about factors such as
climate change, pollution, environment protection etc. So, in reference of
chosen firm they aims at reducing use of poly boxes within supply chain.

legal factors are crucial as they help in execution of business activity
properly. In context of selected entity, they focuses on manufacturing of
products with following acts such as health and safety act etc.

CONCLUSION
The above explained report states that it is crucial to focus on functioning
and working operations of business so that goals are accomplished within
proper time period. So, discussions have been made about business
structure, type of public and private sector, motivational theories such as
Maslow, Mayo and Herzberg. Further, PESTEL analysis has been
discussed briefly. So, it is examined that it is critically important to focus
on organizational flow of working in order to access benefits easily.
