INTRODUCTIONCommunication skills can be defined as the ability to convey a message, opinion or ideain an effective manner. This is due to the fact that within a particular organisation, informationflows across all organisational levels on a continuous basis. It is important for every individual tobe in possession of such skills that allow them to transfer important piece of businessinformation in a clear and concise manner, making sure that the message sent is the same onethat is received.
