factor that is present in an organization because it
posses lot of functions to be performed by them and
are responsible majorly for recruiting an person or an
individual within an organization. Human resource has
capabilities that is being used to helping in making
growth of an organization possible.

. These factors can be both existing and emerging.
Existing factors are required to be modified and
emerging factors are required to be brought in to
existence in order to enhance the process of
recruitment. Lot of HR factors are there that has been
emerging and is holding capacity to impact the role
with functions to be performed by human resource in
the future.

Use of artificial intelligence in recruitment:
Artificial intelligence is one of the most important and
emerging factor that is going to be very helpful in
managing recruitment process because it is helpful in
providing more security and maintain safety with
privacy of personal information of an individual
coming for interview. Also utilizing of such
intelligences makes the complexity of recruiting
process reduce.
