Washington which is world’s largest coffee chain, company represents itself as second
wave of coffee culture.

Leader: They are individual which have responsibility for influence other which leads to increase
in working ability in an organization. Behavior of leader is for motivate employees or team
members which could help in achievement of objectives and goals which can become transparent
and clear. So for this they use different leadership styles and theories as they are changes according
to different situations.
