Hospitality industry is vast industry of
business which provide different
services to consumer. There are
different services which are provided by
this sector are lodging, accommodation,
event planning as well as transportation
(Jayawardena, C. C. and et. al., 2013).
The present report is based upon Good
luck cafe which is London based
company which provide herbal coffee
and tea for health conscious people

 There are different department in the any organization and there must be
proper flow of communication that must be present as to provide better
services to consumer.
 Customer service and food department- The customer are the people
which provides true feedback to the firm. There opinions are taken on a
serious consideration. After taking the feedback the firms tries to
implement those changes which their customers are looking for in their
service or product.

 Production and inventory management department- The production
department gives information to inventory management department about
the volume of stocks available with the department and how much more
inventories they might be needing for future.
 Finance and marketing department- Finance department and marketing
department both play an inter- related role in their functioning. For do
marketing of products and services which a company has to offer to its
customer, finance plays a main role in it.

Different method of communication
 Methods Of communication-
There are several methods for
communication available with an
organisation, some are-
 Written Communication- In
written communication, the sender
and receiver passes the message
through writing. Written
communication includes- emails,
letters, memos, manuals, catalogue,
drafts, and so forth

 Verbal Communication- In Verbal communication, the sender and
receiver exchanges messages orally. It includes- face to face
conversations, telephonic conversation, teleconferencing communication,
group or individual chats and the like

Recommendations and judgments on
how coordination and integration
 Co-ordination becomes very easy if there are clear cut and well defined policies and
procedures.
 In order to have an effective co ordination and integration it is essential that there should be
a common understanding of the main objectives of the organisation.
 When an integrated control system is in existence, it automatically ensures co-ordinates
group efforts.
