INTRODUCTION
The Wider Professional Practice and Development in Education and Training comprises of
the analysis and implication of the key skills which are commonly needed and easily required to
successfully perform a range of activities in education and training sector in more efficient and
effective manner (McManus and Rook., 2021) . Beside this, the concept of teacher and training
professionalism has been defined as the key skills, knowledge and practises that a teacher must
have on order to effective facilitates the activities and learning practises of an educator. Beside
this, it has been observed that Wider Professional Practice and Development in Education and
Training has become vital and important to show an all-round performance and to have a
positive attitude towards the learning and training practises to have positive outcomes along with
improved skill development and progress.
The current study is based on the subject of educational training with a specialist area in
ESOL. Apart from this, the current report comprises of a discussion and explanation about the
concept of professionalism and dual professionalism in the education and training along with
analysed the influence of professional value in education and training. Beside this, a discussion
about the which social, political and economic factors have influenced education policy in the
United Kingdom is also made together with analysing current educational policies and
organisational requirements. Beside this, an explanation about the role of stakeholders and
eternal bodies within education and training is also made along with analysing the accountability
of the stakeholders and external bodies. Finally, an analysis about the quality improvement and
quality assurance arrangements are also made along with evaluating the learning programmes
and identifying areas of improvement.

A. Concept of professionalism and dual professionalism in education and Training
The concept of professionalism is mainly understood as an individual’s adherence which is
reflecting about the set of the standards along with the code of the conduct of that human as a
reflection of collection of qualities (Mwando, Issa and Kangotue, 2021) . The main aspects and
characteristics that forms out the part of professionalism comprises of the appearance,
demeanour along with the ethics and competence of an individual which makes someone for
presentable and reflects the key competence and skills which are expected form a professional.
