 Principles that apply for emergency response as well as recovery
to normal state
 Emergency response that concludes different types of
systematic response which occurs due to dangerous incident or
disasters. The main aim of the emergency response to decline the
harmful effects of overall hazardous to people.
 Emergency response is the cyclic procedures which involves
repeated assessment, planning, action and reviews to give
impactful response in emergence case and save public
 On the other hand recovery response refers as the procedure of
restructuring, restoring and rehabilitating the society in
emergency situation as well replace which has been destroyed
and make it normal. As comparison of remedial procedures keep
more complex social and development procedures.

 Preparednesses: This second is principle where
employees of public services are trained by emergency
management and establishes and manage their incident
command crisis. Even management creates emergency
incident program to check out their response in critical
situation.
 Subsidiarity: It is the main approach of emergency
response and recovery where decision are taken from
the lowest level. To apply this principles local
emergency agencies gives their response in recovery
response by offering resources. Thus, local emergency
agencies are known as building block which supports to
recover incident situation in normal phase.

Post –incident review and its impact
 Post incident review (PIR) refers as a procedure of
assessment incident management response and recovery
efforts which they demonstrate to deal with major and
critical incident. It starts when incident is properly resolved.
 It is crucial for country because it helps to improve the
procedures for upcoming incident which can occur in the
future. The main objectives of the PIR to eliminate the risk
of the incident to reoccur.

 Australian Bushfire case is one
of the most catastrophic event taken place
in 2019 where the fires were extremely
serve and the continuous burning down of
forests and dry lands lead to devastation
of massive hectares of land.
 The disaster of such magnitude happened
first time in whole region largely
affecting millions of species living in
forests areas, lands were left barren due
to continuous fires and disasters
happening continuously due to extreme
dry season faced in 2019.


CONCLUSION
 The presentation concludes that NHS and police
guards are utmost present for safety standards of public.
Incidents happened all over in world and international
platforms concludes that fire fighters and polices services
are always present for services of public and mitigation
strategies are planned to plot down the aftermaths of
events. Fire fighters are fully trained to help the people for
establishing safety standards and to pool resources to offer
high assistance to them.

 The hard dry seasons faced by Australia had
a longevity of continuous fires but at the end
of year the fires took aggressive form
through high boiling climate temperature.
 Thousands of fire fighters had volunteered in
country to handle the after effects of

region and among public. The world-famous cathedral was

world.
 The firefighters were seen in evacuation duty where they
inspected the root cause of fires in area and helped mankind
affected in region.
 The national incidents of bushfire rage has also been started
to be common in Britain country due to massive high record
temperature in country and the alarming effects happening on
people and wildlife living in affected areas.

Incident analyses, response procedure and the mitigations
taken
 The response procedures and mitigation steps are
done with strong strategical planning to reduce the risks and
aftermaths of such critical events happened due to excessive
high climate around globe causing sudden fires to rise in
various countries and regions.
 Incidents area analysed by fully trained fire fighters who are
experienced in mitigating risks for humans and wildlife.
 The police forces offer large assistance to people for moving
down to safe regions and help them for establishing the safe
zones to have safe living standards

 Mitigation: It is first principle which is applied for emergency
response and recovery response. In this phase initially emergency
management executes annual hazardous risk task for determining
hazardous which can access in the future. Whenever emergency
incident occurs in UK, in that state various services like Fire, Police,
Military and NHS offers their services. Employees of public services
are prepared for giving response in emergency cases
 Recovery: Recovery management plays essential role when local
agencies involves human welfare campaign. They highly give
response in decision-making procedures so that they can high
quality services to public 2017). Even UK's government provides
funds so that they conduct recovery procedure well form to modify
incident place into well-organised place.
 Post- incident review is an improvement toolbox which helps public
services to redesign incident activities and aware them which they
did wrong and how they can improve their performance. Post

investigated by police officers and fire fighters who helped people to come
out of danger areas, statistics have resulted that millions of species have been
lost by country in bushfire. The forest areas land were fully inspected with
maps by police investigators and fire fighters to navigate the risks with further
precautions
 Crews of firefighters had mapped the areas of fire stretch by plotting down the
steps immediately needs to take. The emergency response taken by fire
fighters and police investigators were an immediate emergency response by
the NHS forces who help mankind to get out of natural hazards
 Lifeguards and other police officers are at utmost duty to bring people to
safety zones and maintain their life standards as the precautionary medical
care are provided to them.
 Healthcare practitioner and medical care doctors are foremost present for
assistance to people and wildlife affected in bushfire and environmental
