and Chountalas, 2017). Moreover, diverse employees modify a formation to keep a healthy
workplace culture and also enable them to cope up with all sort of challenges or risk in a
creative and innovative manner without and issues. In regard of this project, Aston Martin
Lagoda has been considered which is a British independent manufacturer of Luxury sports cars
and grand tourers. This company was established in 1913 by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford.
The firm is headquartered in Gaydon, Warwickshire, England and operate its business a cross the
world. In this project, it consists project aims, objectives, project management plan and its
