INTRODUCTION
Talent management can be define as that process in firm which is related to using
different tools in order to perform activities to retain talented employees in firm. This is effective
function where manager use to achieve business function (Polonsky and Waller, 2018). This
research report include discussion about TESCO. It is British multinational business which is
operating in retail industry. In order to perform business function TESCO offer number of
products and services in business environment. These include clothing and food products. In
relation to current report it include discussion on number of function which has to be performed
in order to meet the requirements of discussion management in firm. In this report there is
discussion about aim and objectives also with tools which are used in project management plan.
There is also discussion on WBS and Gantt chart. There is also discussion about use of primary
and secondary data in research.

Overview of the Research: This research is consider on topic of Talent management
which is aimed to achieve business objectives. This is important function which can be use to
archive business objectives and manage function in accordance. Under this, there is use to
discuses number of function which has to be performed in order to achieve business objectives.
This is also related to using tools which will helps in achieving positive results. There are
number of function under this research which are used to perform accordance to needs. This will
provide an appropriate insight about different factors which can be use to monitor performance
and identify topic of talent management. In order to achieve positive results in this research,
there is use of different methods of data collection which helps in managing validity of data and
use tool in accordance with objectives (Halibozek and Kovacich, 2017).

appropriate way”. A case study on TESCO.

accordance with needs and using tools so that business organization is using effective approach
to talent management. Under this, there are number of activates which and to be management so
that manger and researcher can plan for actives and use this plan to make sure that there is proper
achievement of objectives (Rowden, 2017). This include actives which are related to planning,
organize, implement and control. Project management plan include different that are essential in

tools in order to achieve goals. This helps in allocation times in order to perform activities which
