organization to develop a inclusive and diverse workforce”. Case study taken is on Tesco
plc
INTRODUCTION
In a competition that has been accruing within market upon daily basis because of
expansion taking place in a business. This has become an important for employee over an
organization for enhancing of skills and talent has been enhanced. It is very helpful in
maintaining of effective result that is gained through achieving of goals in faster manner. Diverse
workforce is very important and is emerging as new trend because it brings various kinds of
skills, talent, background and experiences has to play an important role in gaining of competitive
edge. Tesco is a British multinational supermarket that was formed in 1919 and its headquarters
is situated in England. In these report things that are to be covered is over importance upon
having a diverse work force. Also strategies helpful in building of a work environment have to
be discussed. Various tools is going to be used and research is to be done on small scale.
TASK 1
P1 Aims and objectives
Inclusive workforce is that type of force that is made from diverse employees within an
organization. These employees are being valued within an organization by making them part of
decision making mechanism and taking their view in a particular situation. This is going to make
them realize importance in an organization. It also helps in solving of dispute in an organization
by maintaining of work environment (Rahman, Wittman and Thabet, 2016).
Aim: “ In order to determine such strategies and initiatives which is going to be helpful in
an organization for its development over and diverse workforce”. Further an case study on
Tesco plc is as follows:
Objectives:
Gathering information upon inclusive workforce
Determination of strategies and initiative that is to be used by Tesco over creating diverse
and inclusive workforce.

What strategies and initiative has to be used through an organization on creating of

Inclusive workforce in a company
As it is having an inclusive workforce in an organization which means that people who
belong to various background, cast and religion works together as one team in an organization.
This is considered to be an very important that inclusive environment should be formed in a
working place which promotes equality. This makes employees feel valuable towards an
organization. It is responsible for motivating employee and his capacity over working in an
organization. innovation leads towards an effective environment that has helped in increasing
employee’s turnover that is going to make him get involve within an organization’s work.
Performance of work has to be enhanced and is helping in achieving goals in perfect manner
(Newton, 2016).
Strategies for building an inclusive and diverse workforce
As per the view of... there are different manner under which an organization has helped
in formation of an inclusive workforce which results into creating of those opportunities that
makes achieving of goals and objectives in smooth manner. Training and development programs
is going to be effective over understanding and completing of work in better manner. Engaging
of employee is going to increase an organizations participative leadership. This is going to make
employees involved in decision making which eventually results into quality of ideas and
thoughts. Judging an performance and enhancing it is going to make capacity improve
performance of workers and environment.
Advantages of having inclusive and diverse workforce
According to...., economic globalization of the organization is going to lead towards
formation of an diverse workforce which is going to have both skills and talent that is to be hired
within an organization. This is going to help in uplifting of productivity and also boosts
performance has to be focused on work. This helps in building a strong brand image of an
organization.
P2 Project management plan
It is meant to be a formal documentation which has approved that is going to lead to an
execution over monitoring and controlling of project. This is also going to help in determining of
problem related to a task. Some essential components are explained as follows:
Cost: It is considered to be an important element within a project that is going to be helpful
in understanding the amount to be involved in a task to be accomplished. It make sure that
strategies are formed in a manner that cost savings is also done with completing task.
