This research project focuses on the challenges and importance of talent management in the retail sector, with a case study of M&S. It explores the strategies to overcome these challenges and improve talent management practices. The study aims to understand the concept and importance of talent management, identify key challenges faced by the retail sector, and recommend strategies to overcome these challenges. The research methodology includes qualitative research methods, such as primary data collection through a questionnaire and secondary data collection through literature review. The findings will provide insights into the importance of talent management and ways to improve it in the retail industry.
