From the perspective Mohammed, 2015, diversity play an important role in organisational
workforce and it is included among all operations. This refers that with better employee
strategy organisation are able to complete all work in minimum time period. Most of the
business specifically international companies utilise employee strategy for attracting skilled
and potential employees for organisation. Retail industry offers large number of products
for satisfying needs of customers in proper manner. Along with this by adopting right
strategy management is able to complete all work through implement systematic approach.

Research Methodology
Research methodology utilise by investigator for carry out all research in minimum time as it is used
to collect data on the basis of organisation. This results management complete its work with
operations. With quantitative research methods it is easy for organisation to adopt techniques
which are useful in obtaining better results that obtains in identifying, evaluate and analysis of
all information for gather of all information with proper investigate. There are various methods
which is used for collecting data includes essential methods which are mention as follow:

for his or her research is opportunity sampling in which they have got selected random
sampling in which any respondent may be selected. For this research they have selected 30
personnel from the lodge which could respond to the questions of the questionnaire which
can assist them in gathering their assessments within accurate manner.

employees system that is used to develop organisation to increase job satisfaction level.
Effective communication is also established by employees so it is easy for them to
communicate in effective manner. With understand of information accurately it is easy
in generating better results.
With increase in employee engagement among all functions and operations management is
able to make crucial decisions in accurate manner by valuing employees to improve its
performance.

Reflection
According to this research this is observed that ASDA develops
lot of learning by engaging employees into various
programmes which helps organisation to grow in effective
manner. Researcher also analysed different perspective at time
of matching goals and objective of performance. Skills which
reflect learning are mention as follow:

Conclusion
From the analysis of above project it is concluded that organisation adopts different
strategies for generating and enhancing employee performance. This is also used for
generating essential results through inclusive and diverse workforce. It is also
beneficial for completing all work within proper manner. This implement component
and capable workforce leads organisation to gain more effective results. In the last,
to manage all project in appropriate manner WBS and Gantt chart both are
implemented for completing all projects in proper manner by gathering information
in authentic and reliable manner.
