development as per the suitability of condition and requirement. In addition talent-management
is a repetitive process that usually involve retailing and attracting of employee's those are having
higher skills and talent. For this manager has worked on to develop their skills and abilities
through which continuous motivation and improvement in terms of performance is induced with
perfection (Bell and Harrison, 2018). It basically refer to an anticipation that is required while
generating human capital of the business so that ability to achieve its goals and objectives is
achieved with perfection. The following report is based on the Ocado that is a British online
supermarket and it is one of the largest online grocery retailer. The report below consist of
project management plan along with aims and objectives, deliverable, time, communication, risk,
resources and quality. In addition plan is completed with support of small scale research by
applying primary and secondary research methods.

retailing organisation and need to implies various talent-management strategies to retain and
attract talented employee's (Berger, 2020). For this business hire a researcher so that accurate
research is conducted by which appropriate decision-making is induced on a regular period of
time.

vacant place of the business (Collings, Mellahi and Cascio, 2019). It basically derive complete
employee cycle and processed while maintaining clear focus on training and on-boarding,
performance review and to analyse advanced opportunities. It is a successful process of planning
that is used to drive employee retention. It is initiated while accomplishing particular plans
