important role For the organisation to improvement in their workplace planning. In a recent time
talent management practises are helping organisations to improve their profitability and they are
able to grow their businesses. some of the talent management practises like training and
development is helping employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
However, talent management practises can have some negative impact, it is necessary for the
human resource department of the organisation to have proper knowledge about implementation
of talent management practises because it requires high knowledge and time to be successfully.
Talent management strategies
There are various talent management strategies that are used by the organisation to achieve
success in their business. the talent management strategies can include development of
employees in their performance where they continuously monitor the performance of the
employees and provide training accordingly. on the other side training and development is also
part of their tenant management strategies that is help Time to motivate their employees and
bring more skilful implies because they get upper treated to develop.
However, strategies within the Talent management only work Of the company have proper
knowledge and understanding of talent management. without having knowledge and skills of

It is necessary for the project manager to consider time so they can deliver outcomes effectively

from this study and without having a better quality project cannot be successful. The project

It is one of the major aspect and concept with respect to project management plan. As per

classification and dividation of work under the differ heads and sub heads. In simple terms WBS
is a structure that depicts the breaking of work and its presentation in under stable manner.

It refers to a chart that depict the related activities with respect to project and its
performance. Under this chart, activities are identified and presented along with time frame. This
