INTRODUCTION
 Background:
 Project management is the process of initiation,
planning, implementing, controlling and executing
the entire work in order to attain the aim and
objectives.
 The entire PPT is based upon Luck Cat which is a
restaurant lead by Gordon Ramsay Restaurant that
provide best variety of food and drinks which is
further Japanese inspired spot in UK.
 Further, current PPT also highlight the importance of
equality and challenges faced by the company in
order to maintain positive working environment.
 PPT describe the important key element of project
management that includes cost, quality, time,
resources.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Aim
To measure the challenges and issues that arises due to lack of equality and
diversity in work place. A case study of: Lucky Cat of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants
Objectives
To identify the concept and importance of diversity and equality.
To identify the issues faced by Lucky Cat restaurant of Gordon Ramsay chain due
to inadequate diversity and equality in workplace.
To evaluate the measures taken to solve challenges that may arise out of equality
and diverse workforce in Lucky Cat .
To analyse the potency of the methods used to solve issues that arises due to
inequality and lack of diversity. .
