INTRODUCTION
Managing talent is one of the important activity for company as it supports business in
retaining their workers for longer period of time. Basically, in a business organization different
employees are performing their activities who are belongs to different culture. This can be
beneficial for company in promoting innovation at working area but at the same time also affect
over the implementing talent management approaches to manage their workforce (Cletus and et.
Al., 2018). Thus, it is important for company to analyse employee culture and then apply
approaches as it directly provision in enhancing the performance of employees at workplace.
Current project is based on Rowlinson Knitwear, is a small and medium company operate their
business in clothing industry and serve school wear and corporate wear clothing to its customers.
This project focus in developing project aims and objectives and project management plan to
attain reliable results. Along with this, different methods and techniques are also mentioned that
assist project manager to develop a meaningful judgement within the project.

PMP is a crucial formal document that provide all the necessary information about the
project and its specified area. Along with this, it also provides assistance ton investigator in
executing as well as completing the project activities in a stipulated time frame without any kind
of issues and obstacles (Vaiman and et. Al., 2018). Mainly, it includes various aspects including
budget, scope of project, time, quality, communication, risk and resources as well. All these are
help in developing an effective project plan. These can be understood by following points:
Cost: For undertaking project activities, enough fund is important for completing the
project in successful manner. In this context, there are description of cost that will
required in executing project:

Scope: The overall scope of current project is wider as it provides detailed information on
the basis of talent management approaches implement by company to manage their
diverse workforce. By this, valid and reliable outcomes can be easily achieved.
Time: It is also crucial for project manager to completing the activities in stipulated
period of time. For this, researcher develop a Gantt chart as it provides proper schedule to
successfully completing the project activities.
Quality: For undertaking project activities maintaining proper quality is important. For
this, investigator use quantitative research method for collecting data and information.

Communication: It is significant for project manager to communicate with their team
members effectively and provide them all the necessary information about the project
results (Bozer and Delegach, 2019). For this, project manager is also responsible for
selecting appropriate mode including written, email, oral communication and many more
for communicating
Risk: At the time of undertaking project activities, there are various issues that project
manager has faced is improper time, cost and in appropriate respond of selected
respondents.
Resources: It important for project manager to all the necessary resources for completing
the entire project activities in successful manner. For this, books, proper time, publication
documents, proper fund, stationary and many more are the important resources that
required by project manager in undertaking current project.

investigator for undertaking research activities in an effective manner. Mainly, it includes
activities along with time frame that contributes in improving the possibilities of attaining
