Every employees seeks for praises, in this it is being recommended to TESCO
managers and leaders to provide ongoing feedback to employees in order to increase

practice that will lead an organisation to increase it performance and productivity in an
effectively basis. By conducting this research analysis I have been gone through various positive
and negative feelings . It has been underlined by me that during initial stage of research I faced
issue in data collecting due to my lack of critical thinking approach. In addition to this, I also

efficiency that allowed to effectively ask for respondents point of view. All these negative as
well as positive experience that has been gained by me during this research process developed by
future development and growth in personal and professional manner through which I can have
access to more growth opportunities. In addition to this, it has been evaluated by me that, the
deterrent and difficulties that has been capable by me improved my ability to lead research in
more viable way. It has been dictated by me that this exploration not just improved my insight
base on the specific theme yet in addition permit me to have information upon present
