INTRODUCTION
 TOPIC: “To examine different strategies in order to manage
and retain talent at work place” A case study on Morrisons.
 Small companies holds a great role in ensuring growth and
success of economy. Small scale companies perform different
activities which is important for well being, upliftement and
development of whole society. The present report is based on
talent management practice under which a lot of activities are
performed for managing employees at work place in an
appropriate way. It is concern with hiring, selecting, motivating as
well as retaining work force in order to run business smoothly
(Eriksson, Larsson and Pesämaa, 2017). I
