INTRODUCTION
Business law covers out the rules and regulations that are being made for framing all the
laws in the firm or an organisation. It has been seen that in order to maintain the proper business
their has to be maintain the rules and the law from the body that is being incorporated as under.
Commercial law mainly deals with all the laws as complied to trading and merchandise and all
the individual will have to work according to the laws that are being made for business. As
contract law is being made for making the parties to enter in an agreement (Archibong, 2020).
This report will cover all the sources of law and the impact of contract law and the employment
law on the business with their varies legal solutions to do and with that the legal solutions for the
organisation to solve the business.
TASK 1
P1 What are the different sources of Law.
Law as being seen is the main body and the set of rules which is being embodied with
varies culture and the human behaviour in order to maintain the regulations in the company and
the society. All the conducts and the acts which are being regulated so as to maintain the peace
and morality in the society law is being created. The major source and the nature through which
the law us being made is the incorporation of several rights and duties of the person. Their are
various sources of law that are being made and governed by the government which is being made
to maintain the civilized society on proper manner (Newton, 2019). The two important source of
law are as follows:
Primary Source Legislation- It is the set of rules which are being made by the government in order to
maintain the law and order in the country. It covers out to be the primary source of law
and there are further rules which are made through the UK legal system. As the
constitution of UK is being not written but there are all the statutory instruments which
are being made by the council. And theses laws are applied to all the members in UK. Case laws- When the case is being framed and gibe in the court the judges mainly gave
various judgement regarding that case law and in that case all the laws and the rules
which are being made as in order to maintain the law and order. Which means all the

judgements that are being given by the higher courts to their judges and the decision is
implied on all are being covered under the primary source. Treaties- It covers out all the international sources in the law as which means all the
binding agreements that are being made between the parties will be applied on all the
person and the country (Rego, 2019).
Secondary Source Law Journal- It has the case commentaries that pertains the methods and the law with all
the relevant information which helps out in attaining the issues that are being raised.
These are mainly the books with all the case commentaries that frames out laws as the
instruments to maintain the issues in the law. Textbook- It contains the legal writing which is made for the students or the authors who
pertains law. As in order to maintain the legal framework and all the important
information they have the topics and all the acts, rule and the case laws are being
generalised in it.
 Directives-It consist of all the methods and the amending decisions through which all the
issues and the directives are being made and their persuasive methods for all the
individual and has being implied to make it properly amended.
P2 Role making of government and method to apply statutory and common law in courts.
While analyzing all the work in UK there are being made 2 houses which are adversely
important they are mainly House of common and House of lords. The house of common is the
government making body which is being made by the government and the house of lord area the
framed and the skilled person who are being selected in it by maintaining all their skills in the
work and by attributing all the quality of work (Khare and Hurst, 2017).
Their are various stages in the House of Lords which are as follows: First Reading- In this stage the bill is introduced in the House and all the important areas
are being framed. The name which are being decided will be read out in chamber. Second Reading- When the bill is framed in the first stage then all the important ans the
necessary stage is being checked in it and the necessary changes will be remarked in it. Committee Stage- This is the voting stage as all the important changes are being made in
and their will be framed all the necessary amendments in the bill their will be analyses
