IntroductionAccording to Abbott, Pendlebury and Wardman (2013), everybody is confined by the law andthere is no exception that nothing can go beyond from the law. Along with UK the governmentsof the rest of the world with the business and non-business institutions and individuals must obeythe laws and regulations. Everyone should comply with the legal system of the law in generaland the legal system of business in operating business. For the purpose of accomplishing thestudy Avanade has been selected which is an American based multinational company serving ITconsulting and services and operates its business in several countries along with Europe. Thestudy is going to explore the legal system and different kinds of it encompassing the making lawsources and process, how the law exerts impact on the business along with the formation ofdifferent business kinds, and the resolution of the disputes.Lo1 & 3According to Bixby (2011), the legal system of UK is flexible and changes over time. Lawlegislator authorities are responsible in terms of making and establishing laws and regulations.There are two sources of law both primary as well as the secondary laws. The following thingsare included in the primary sources: -Legislation:Legislation refers the laws formed in parliament abiding every single entityincluding individuals, business entity, organizations etc. Parliament forms the acts for thepurpose fo making legislations (Blackburn, and Klayman, 2010).Common Law:Common laws are the laws which are made through the use of right of UKcourts in making judgment in a particular case (Eliot, and Hughes, 2010). At the time ofjudgement common laws are made by the higher courts and followed by the low-level courts.Customs Law:Customs laws are formed and enacted in different communities and theindividuals living in that community must have to follow the laws and regulations of thatcommunity.
