Patents are provided to an inventor for a fixed duration of time. This right helps an inventor to protect the work done by him and also this protects the process of such innovation. No other person can copy such invention. Advantage of patentsis that the innovator is given protection till its statutory life and the owner of it can file a case where any rights of him are infringed.
