INTRODUCTION
Innovation within the business is the process in which companies come up with the new
additional ideas within the existing product. Organizations try to make their product and services
more value for the costumers, so they continuously bring some changes in their product by
collecting new ideas.
This report will cover the case study of F-drones who are developing the innovative
technology base drones aerial Deliveries to the ships and offshores platforms. They have
innovated their drones in a way in which drones designs can take the heavy payload and with
long range capabilities.
This report will compare two organization on the basis of innovation and inventions. It
will discuss how companies leadership, vision and culture and teamwork can shape innovation

Innovation and invention are two different process that have mutual benefits to the
organization. Here are importance of the innovation and invention within F-drones and NOKIA.
Importance of innovation and invention in F-drones
Innovation and invention have huge advantages to the F-drones, and they can take
benefits of the both inventions and innovation. Company has innovated their technology which is
an invention because their technology to deliver things to the ships and offshore platform are
unique and having huge importance for the people (Adelowo, Akinwale and Olaopa., 2017). It is
helping them to take competitive advantages by selling the drones to the government, and they
take huge amount for selling their drones and still F-drones has not invented anything but if they

the marketing team of the company. It helps to map the journey of the customer and their needs
that are observed by the marketing of the company and according to the overprocess the develop
the product and services, so they can satisfy the needs and demand f the customers. F-drones
also use the commercial funnel to identify the needs and types of services they can develop by
using the drones that can be innovated and technology can be used to make their work m,ore
effective and thins kind of product can be used by the company to make the drones do the things
that can be impossible for the humans and it can also be used as the spy camera drones etc.
