INTRODUCTION
In today's leading world, crimes has been floating around the world since ages. Crimes
are those illegal acts which could harm any person, culture and the whole community. The
country and economy makes various legal laws and acts which abound the people who think of
doing anything wrong or unacceptable acts. Crimes include robbery theft, sexual harassment,
drug intake and other unavoidable act that cause serious issues in the country. This report is
going to consist legal authority evaluation in confronting crimes into country so that no miss
conducts regulate any more (Alsan, and Yang, 2018).
The crimes are reported by the police who make proper investigation and take legal actions to
punish criminal. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many situation got risen into crime reduction
as due to home lock down many activities have fallen down that leads to decline in crime data.
This report will cover all the process, measures and legislations involved in undertaking illegal
acts to make corrective control.

Crime is an act of unaccepted task and activities which an individual perform due to
many reasons. Some make crimes for their self interest and some are abounded to do it with
influenced by other community members. Thief earn their livelihood by robbing and stealing
someone else property which is an act of disruption into the society. Basically, criminals do
things which make other people harm and cause their life to death or ion trauma. There is now
law who accept all these negativity into country. For that instance, police and security play wider
role in finding all the unnecessary acts roaming into the world (Aspholm, and Mattaini, 2017).
Finding criminal is not an easy task which is full of unexpected and surprising situation and
sometimes does not result in success. Police make efforts to record and evaluate crime through
various processes these are mentioned below:
Incident reporting and recording: police get the crime details or any offences held into any
part of city will be informed by general public that is called as victims. These people play the
role of proof and evidence for the police to easily investigate the whole scenario. These incidents
could be reported through telephonic communication, digital online reporting, reaching to nearby

police station, police find out the crime themselves or any reported by any community volunteer
through agency and institutes held at their premises.
Decision to record: after getting the crime reported it is obliged for the police to make decisions
whether to record or not by any unconfidently persona of victim. These decisions mainly depend
on the evidence that have actual relevance. All the proofs and mater of confidentiality in order to
record crime against some other person as per National crime recording Standards (Baek,
Andreescu, and Rolfe, 2019).
Closing records: after getting information and incident approval, these crimes may get closed
when there are no relevancy occurs and duplications rise. For this, NICL (national incident
category list) will be made to check and use by every officer to check its prior reporting.
Recording a crime: police makes decision to record crimes when they evaluate all the evidences
and relevance of victims statements. By eliminate nuisance and duplicate aspects. Police and
other forces are obliged to record crime as early as possible as they have 24 hours duration to
make all the decisions.

As per the surveys for measuring crime in England and Wales. There are various methods
through which police and investigators reflect unpleasant acts during the lock down when people
were stuck at home. Police department and legal forces have found various alternative ways to
detect criminals and stop crime when country facing huge losses during the pandemic.
The police have adopted two main methods in which first through telephone operations
(TCSEW) and police recorded crime (Blaustein, Pino, and Ellison, 2018).
These measures are specifically operated to retain crime measurement even at corona
breakdown. Country and economy may face issues and get resolve but crimes will not going to
take a break if proper measures and control would not get adopted.
The method of telephonic survey ensure every citizens well being through taking reviews on
short term basis in which police tries to identify any miss leading activities seen by any
individual could convey without any fear. These surveys performed through taking face to face
session with each citizen through digitally to maintain every regulation of social distancing.
These methods would not considers those crimes which not held into city and with non-citizens
as well as any drug related activities (Brennan, 2019)

All the data have been recorded through CSEW to the higher authorities who made clear
decisions to resolve any unpleasant acts.
Under these methods of getting crime measures, the authorities does not involve any
irrelevant acts who does not harm people sentiments or less focus activities rather than first
needs will arise to get cure and justice to the offended cases. Through these measures, statistics
regulations have come to the data what shows there were fallen down into the rates of sexual
harassment, thefts and robberies whereas, the statistics shows that people are more engaged into
drugs dealing.

victims are any of individual who have seen the crime, the one suffers from being violated. They
behave totally separate in many situations (Chinwokwu, 2018). crime not only impact on
individual life but also disturbs the whole society and spread negativity into community. People
get fear and affected to move from houses, girls getting obliged to not to go alone or getting fear
of being harassed and kidnapped. These unfair acts into society makes the environment and life
dangerous. Mainly government put all corrective measures to provide a healthy and safe life into
society.
Disorder on victims:
victim face many impacts and orders while indulging into crime cases. As they are the
only proof or evidence who could assist police forces to get the criminal as soon as possible. At
many times, victims are afraid of giving any consent at court because of fear and taking causing
harm for themselves. They move with the feeling of guilt to getting indulge into case so that they
lacks from fulfilling pleasure for the country (Goetschel, and Peha, 2017). Sometimes, victims
move with the life span trauma through feeling of anxiety, post trauma attacks, depression and
unwanted dreams through which they become mentally irresistible and disturbed. The crime
impact on mental illness of victims that makes them fear of going out or creating phobia from the

places crimes were held. Also, they suffer not only form mental disorders but from monetary
crises. To take measures and control for being safe they adopt all the precaution at earliest
possibilities.

As it is discussed earlier, crime not only affected on an individuals life but influence on
the whole group of individual that is community or society. Community crime involve all the
activity related with business, people well being also making the economy safe and developed.
These crimes took a new turn to these activities. Robbers and criminals find many new ways to
disrupt the community. There have been various methods through people and community looses
all their security control by cyber hacking which is known as cyber crime. Community involves
undertaking businesses and step up like banking, insurance, finance, property dealers and others.
Crimes get evaluated through getting all the necessary information that could help the hackers in
blackmailing, get control over property. Loss of consumer income, economic misbalance, loss of
money flows and many more (Graham, 2017).
There are several other crimes who may affect on community.
Community gets in disorder through indulging into technological disparities as
community policing involved and found out about people issues which has proven that they are
being suffered from threats of going outside from houses, business suffering loss of assets and
income, and an advanced level of crimes has generated through cyber cases in which criminals
hacks data of business through which they raise heavy money. Companies in UK having all

During the situation of corona virus, people getting jobless and find out ways to get money for

an inch of the country. It is responsibility of UK government to get aware about reducing and
stopping criminals by setting up strict laws and supervisions. These crime only be reduce by
making powerful laws and obligations that creates fear in the heart of each criminal and think
before doing illegal act to harm the society. These are the responsibility of government and
community policing, after finding out issues and unpleasant acts around them, there should be
act of prompt legal actions so that no culprits would leave from the hands. Their main purpose of
existence will only be fulfil when victims get justice through giving strict adherence of
punishable act to the culprits (Kammersgaard, 2019).
There are various legislation on behalf of community policing to eliminate fear of crime, social
and community crises or an illegal acts. There are some strategies of community policing:
The first step is to provide education in general public and make them active in handling

policing play vital role in filling their responsibilities in order to reduce crimes into England That

2017).
The parliament act passed to oppose labour law 1997, have taken into consideration to
better reduce fear of crime, provide justice, make the economy well settled and punishment and
in prison. These acts of justice reduce the chances of getting move out alone and feeling of
safety.

took a turn from being held.

preparing to do. Through these security software’s no one could think of doing unpleasant act.
Also, several legislations and laws are formulated to enhance fear for the criminals not for people

Use of many apps and social channels have abounded or approached fir a strict security so
that not personal information would get leak. Also, in order to reduce drug intake, the laws and
have out up high duty and taxes and drugs dealing and prohibition of impart and export of

and country free from fear and being afraid in their own living country. As the community
policing plays vital role in keeping eyes on every surroundings and make people free to come up
with their problems. Policing legislation have raised many controls and preventive measures to
reduce and stop crimes as early as possible. There has been evaluation of many strategies
through which, it has come to a decline rate into England and Wales.
